Manufacturing Facility
We offer investigational new drugs and intermediates in building A with two multi-purpose manufacturing lines and building B with three manufacturing lines for APIs and intermediates.
API Manufacturing Building A
Building A is our manufacturing plant for investigational new APIs and intermediates. The plant has 2 multi-purpose manufacturing lines for API and intermediates and ISO class 7 clean room to enable trial manufacturing of a wide range of APIs.

API Manufacturing Building B
Building B is for manufacturing of investigational new APIs(Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) and intermediates and with 3 manufacturing lines, it has a larger manufacturing capacity than Building A. The manufacturing equipment line-up includes PAT equipment such as FBRM (Focused Beam Reflectance Measurement) to enable real time process monitoring. The clean room is equipped with Jet Mill to handle clients’ requests for manufacturing of investigational new APIs.

New Building (to be constructed in 2023)
We are constructing new building where continuous manufacturing facility will be operated so that we will be able to offer hybrid (continuous technology & batch technology) solution with adjacent API Manufacturing Building A & B. Facilities that realize continuous reaction and continuous crystallization are delivered to API Manufacturing Building A accordingly and we offer feasibility study to adopt continuous manufacturing technology.

Continuous Manufacturing Facilities
Facilities (10-20g/hour) for R&D phase are installed. Our data and experience are mounted though activities such as study for merit of flow reaction. We are going to install new manufacturing facilities (100-200g/hour) for investigational new API in 2022 to realize smooth transfer from R&D phase to IND phase.
